Who provides HUDDLE
HUDDLE is a product of Touchmark Descience Private Limited, GSTIN 33AAGCT9408C1ZI, at 21B, 5th Cross Street, South Phase, Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai 600032, Tamil Nadu, India. These terms govern our digital business card platform, web application and Android application. An agreed Enterprise order may add commercial terms; it cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
Accounts and authority
Use HUDDLE only if you are at least 18 and capable of entering a contract. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. If you create or administer an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Owners manage subscriptions; Owners and Admins manage members within their permissions. Do not share account access or attempt to access another organization’s private data.
Cards, content and contact exchange
You remain responsible for the information, images, logos and links you publish and for having the rights and permissions to use them. Public card content is visible to anyone with its link, QR code or NFC tag and may be copied or indexed. A recipient chooses whether to submit details back. Organizations must use captured contacts only for lawful purposes consistent with their notice and consent; an exchange is not permission for unrelated bulk marketing.
Subscriptions, trials and prices
New organizations start Free. Eligible Owners may start the trial shown in the application; the current Pro trial lasts 14 days and does not automatically take payment. Free limits apply after the trial unless a subscription or access grant is active. Published prices identify the billing cycle and included allowances. Applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Enterprise is quoted separately and is not an automatic per-seat online purchase. Roadmap features are not part of a current purchase unless expressly agreed in writing.
Payment and renewal
Where enabled, payment is processed by Razorpay or the payment provider shown at checkout. Paid access starts only after payment is verified. Renewal details, amount and billing interval must be reviewed before authorizing a recurring subscription. Stop future renewal from Upgrade & billing or request help at our support email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing contracts keep their agreed price unless lawfully changed with notice and any required consent.
Refunds and separate hardware
Our Cancellation & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Paid software access is generally non-refundable for change of mind after activation, subject to the exceptions and mandatory rights in that policy. NFC cards, customization, taxes and shipping are not included in a digital subscription unless the order expressly includes them. A hardware enquiry is not a confirmed order; availability, artwork approval, total price and delivery terms must be agreed before payment.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate people, publish unlawful or infringing material, collect contacts deceptively, send spam, distribute malware, bypass plan limits, scrape private data or test security without permission. We may restrict access proportionately for misuse, security threats, legal obligations or unpaid access, and provide notice where appropriate and lawful. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Ownership and service availability
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, display and process it only as needed to provide the service and its sharing features. HUDDLE software, branding and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted service or a specific service level unless agreed. Customers should export important contacts and avoid relying on the service as their only record.
Third-party links and NFC
WhatsApp, UPI apps, linked websites and payment providers operate under their own terms. HUDDLE does not process UPI transfers between card visitors and card owners. NFC use depends on compatible devices, tags, internet access and a reachable profile URL; we do not guarantee every device or tag works. Deactivating a link does not erase information already saved by a recipient.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Do not treat marketing statements, illustrative environmental estimates or roadmap descriptions as guarantees of sales results, measured tree savings or release dates.
Closure, changes and disputes
You may request account closure and assistance with your data at info@touchmarkdes.com; we may verify your authority and retain records required for legal, financial, security or dispute purposes. We will publish material policy changes with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and competent courts or consumer forums. Raise concerns with us first at info@touchmarkdes.com; this does not prevent access to statutory remedies.
