Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Try before you subscribe

Eligible organization Owners can use the 14-day Pro trial shown in the application before choosing a paid subscription. The trial does not automatically charge a payment method. At trial expiry, Free limits apply unless separate paid access or a grant is active. Review the package, billing cycle, limits and checkout total before paying.

Cancel future renewal

Owners can request cancellation from Upgrade & billing where recurring billing is enabled, or contact info@touchmarkdes.com for assistance. Cancellation normally stops future renewal at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund elapsed or unused time. Check the confirmation and payment-provider status. A provider-processed payment already due may need separate review.

Software refund policy

We generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds or prorated refunds for unused time after paid access has been activated. This does not exclude refunds or remedies for duplicate payments, incorrect charges, a paid service that was not supplied as agreed, or rights that apply under law. We review such cases on their facts; the availability of a free trial does not waive mandatory rights.

NFC orders

Physical NFC cards are separate from subscriptions. Before a hardware order is paid, the written quote must state cancellation, customization, returns and delivery terms. Personalized cards may not qualify for change-of-mind returns after approved production begins; defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods and mandatory legal remedies are not excluded. A hardware enquiry alone creates no order or payment obligation.

Email info@touchmarkdes.com with the account email, organization, payment reference, date and reason. Do not send a full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. We verify the transaction and respond with the outcome and any refund-processing information. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider; bank/provider settlement times vary. Enterprise agreements may contain additional terms, subject to applicable law.
