Digital service delivery
Digital cards are accessed through a browser; no physical shipment is needed for software subscriptions. New paid access is enabled after verified payment. Pending, failed or disputed payment may delay activation. Contact support with your reference if payment succeeded but access did not update.
Optional physical NFC cards
NFC hardware, branding and shipping are separate from the digital subscription unless expressly included in an accepted quote. Hardware is supplied only after availability, quantity, material, artwork approval, destination, full price and delivery terms are confirmed. The website enquiry form does not place an order.
Before paying for hardware
Your written order confirmation must state dispatch estimates, delivery charges, applicable taxes, delivery areas and the process for damaged, wrong or missing items. We do not currently promise a standard dispatch window, free delivery or worldwide shipping. Delays and courier issues are handled under the agreed order terms and applicable law.
